Welcome to The Babysitter Perth! My name is Janelle and I am 'The Babysitter Perth'.

I hope this website can give you some information about my experience and a little bit about me, so you can feel comfortable leaving your little ones in my care.

I have training in Children's Services & Community Services, and over 20 years experience in the Children's Services field. Some of my experience includes managing Child Care Centres, coordinating Family Day Care Educators and In Home Carers at a statewide Family Day Care Scheme. I worked at a West Australian Inclusion Support Agency to help Child Care Educators to help include children with additional needs. I have been babysitting since I was 13, and worked as a Nanny in Full Time, Part Time and casual positions.  I am also a mum myself to four beautiful (and very energetic) boys and foster carer for some precious newborns. I currently work part time in my own small business as a photographer (mainly Newborn & Family Photography), you can see some of the lovely things my clients have said about me here.

I have a Working With Children Card, Police Clearance and a current First Aid Certificate, including training on CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Epi-Pen's.

Over the years I came to realise the need for quality Childcare Educators to work in families homes for the times when regular Childcare is either unavailable or not suitable. I am dedicated to providing the very best of care to your little ones.

Due to my own children's needs, I am mainly available for evening babysitting, but do offer casual daytime babysitting, and Relief Caregiving for Family Day Care when required too.
